Getting started

Simply place in the vagina and Elvie Trainer connects to an app that guides you through fun, five-minute workouts. Force and motion sensors measure pelvic floor muscle movement and, using biofeedback, the app lets you visualize the exercises in real time. The app tracks your progress, corrects your technique and allows you to set personalized targets.

How often?

We recommend exercising three times a week for five minutes a day. The exercises were designed with guidance from pelvic floor experts so that you can start seeing results in four weeks.

Can Elvie Trainer be used during pregnancy?

Yes, as long as you are not experiencing any complications. Every pregnancy is unique, so if you are unsure, please consult your qualified medical professional before use. New moms can begin to use Elvie Trainer again once a qualified medical professional has advised at the postpartum checkup that you are ready to resume normal activities, usually around 6 weeks after giving birth.
