Chic Amour Jojo Kegel Trainers are an adaptable form of exercise that consists of two sets of balls in different weights. The balls have an inner core that creates a vibrating effect. When you move, movements are created inside the kegel ball and then the PC muscle (pubococcygeus) is automatically activated. Chic Amour Jojo Kegel Trainers offer maximum comfort, are easy to insert and easy to pull out after a workout. Waterbased lubricant is recommended when inserting kegel ball. Regular training of the pelvic floor muscles also leads to improved intimate health, increased bladder control and postnatal recovery. Start training with the lighter weights (28 g) and work your way up to the heavier weights (56 g). Try to use kegel balls when walking, running, dancing and doing household chores. 

In case of discomfort, do not use kegel balls, it should be simple and painless. Always consult your gynecologist or midwife for further use. Kegel balls should be avoided during pregnancy and immediately after childbirth, surgery and during menstruation. In severe conditions such as vaginismus or other similar problems, the use of kegel balls is not recommended.

Use your Chic Amour Jojo together with a water-based lubricant for an even more comfortable experience. To preserve the smooth surface of the silicone, avoid using silicone-based lubricants.Cleaning: After use, rinse with lukewarm water and then clean with mild soap and water, shake off excess water and allow to air dry. Done! It will not be easier than that.
Storage: Take care of your products and they will last longer. Store in a dust-free, dry, and cool place, preferably in the included satin pouch, avoid plastic bags.
